The Medical Stigmata is located under the baby finger and runs toward the center of the palm from the joint connection. It is a series of straight short markings, three or more, which represent interest in the medical field (mind, body or soul).
The person does not have to connect to the medical profession, but they would lean in that direction. Professions such as a massage therapist or a health-food promoter, social worker, case manager, psychologist or one involved in psychology or physiology would all be considered medically inclined.
These stigmata are found on the hands of prominent doctors, surgeons, healers and social welfare works. They are made up of three or four vertical lines under the finger of mercury on the Mount of Mercury itself.
Sometimes these lines are crossed by a single horizontal line. These lines are sometimes called the good Samaritan lines.
They show a latent aptitude for medicine, or some from of healing. If the medical stigmata are well formed on both hands and bright and clear a doctor with such a favorable formation will have the healing touch some how or other his medicines will be effective and the patient cured even though another doctor prescribing the same medicines might not achieve such happy results. well formed medical stigmata will also bestow on a doctor the ability to diagnose correctly.
Prominent nurses too have this formation on their hands. Should the line of head be strong the thumb well formed and the last finger or finger of mercury long there is no double that a doctor with such formation could metaphorically mint money if he were so inclined.
This will be all the more certain if the fate and sun lines are strong and prominent because shrewdness in the world of business will be added to his native ability as a physician.
Subjects having the medical stigmata will be sympathetic by nature and will come readily to the aid of a person who is ill.
I often saw such stigmata on the hands of clients who told me that they were neither doctors nor had any connection with any form of healing.
But frequently on further questioning they told me that they had desired to become doctors or that their parents had wanted to them to study medicine.
In a fair number of cases the subjects had even entered university to take up a medical course but later had left for various reasons without graduating.
However, a subject having well formed medical stigmata could study some of the systems of medicine in later life pretty successfully.
This could be naturopathy (nature cure), homeopathy, Indian Ayurveda medicine, or Chinese herbal medicine.
Also these subject fill find satisfaction in doing some kind of social welfare or Charity work, such as helping with spastic or mentally retardation children.
