It is an auspicious sign if small lines are noticed rising upwards (See figure 228). As per general symptoms uprising lines indicate progress while the downward lines denote failures. If small lines emerge (as shown in the figure) and proceed upwards, it is an indication of native's ongoing willingness to improve upon his performance in all the spheres, and is also taking steps in the right direction, as all such lines cast favorable impact on his mounts.
