1) If life line is broken in two parts (mostly you will find break on middle of life line or underneath the middle finger) then it indicates fatal accident or long illness/major illness or sometimes change of residence.  

2) Big island on lifeline also indicates danger to life mostly related to major health concern (operation, etc).

3) Circle, cross, horizontal line, and star all on life line denotes accident, long illness, etc.

4) Square on life line denotes protection from any danger to life.
