सिंदूर चढ़ाने से भगवान हनुमान जी जल्दी प्रसन्न हो जाते हैं और अपने भक्तों पर दिल खोलकर कृपा बरसाते हैं। ध्यान रहे कि सिंदूर नारंगी रंग का होना चाहिए। मंगलवार को सिंदूर अर्पित करने से ग्रह दोष दूर होते हैं दुर्घटनाओं से रक्षा होती है और कर्ज से मुक्ति मिलती है. सिंदूर को पीपल या पान के पत्ते पर रखकर चढ़ाएं।

मंगलवार को कर लें यह उपाय कठिन से कठिन समस्या भी दूर होगी

मंगलवार के दिन किसी भी हनुमान मंदिर में एक नींबू और 4 लौंग लेकर जाएं, इसके बाद हनुमानजी के सामने नींबू के ऊपर चारों लौंग अर्पित करें। फिर हनुमानजी के इस बीज मंत्र- “ ॐ ऐं श्रीम हनुमते, श्री राम दूताय नमः” का 108 बार जप करें। मंत्र जप के बाद मनोकामना पूर्ति की कामना करते हुए नींबू को अपने साथ ही रख लें। कुछ ही दिनों में कठिन से कठिन समस्या दूर होगी ।

"ॐ नमो हनुमते आवेशाय आवेशाय स्वाहा" । श्री हनुमान जी का यह मन्त्र सभी प्रकार के कर्जों से मुक्ति दिलाने वाला माना गया है, इस मन्त्र का प्रतिदिन १ माला जाप करना या सुनना अत्यंत ही लाभ देने वाला माना गया है।

बाहरी शक्तियों से रक्षा के लिए - हनुमान शाबर मंत्र

।। ओम गुरुजी को आदेश गुरुजी को प्रणाम, धरती माता धरती पिता, धरती धरे ना धीरबाजे श्रींगी बाजे तुरतुरि आया गोरखनाथमीन का पुत् मुंज का छड़ा, लोहे का कड़ा हमारी पीठ पीछे यति हनुमंत खड़ा, शब्द सांचा पिंड काचास्फुरो मन्त्र ईश्वरो वाचा ।

मंत्र प्रयोग विधिः हनुमान जी का यह शाबर मंत्र किसी नकारात्मक शक्ति से रक्षा के लिये या भय आदि से मुक्ति के लिए प्रयोग किया जाता है। लगातार 21 दिनों तक एक सीमित मात्रा में उपरोक्त मंत्र के जप करें। 21 दिन बाद आप इस मंत्र को इस प्रकार से प्रयोग में लाएं: मंत्र को सात बार जप करें व हनुमान जी का ध्यान करते हुए अपने चारों तरफ या पीड़ित के चारों तरफ चाकू से गोल घेरा बना दे। ऐसा करने से स्वयं हनुमान जी उस जातक की रक्षा करते हैं जब तक वह इस घेरे में रहता है।

सभी समस्या के अंत के लिए हनुमान जी का दिव्य मंत्र 

“ॐ हं हनुमते नमः” यह हनुमान जी का अत्यंत ही कल्याणकारी और दिव्य मंत्र है जो कभी असफल नहीं होता कई बार ऐसा देखा गया है कि कई लोग हनुमान चालीसा, हनुमान अष्टक का पाठ हमेशा नहीं कर पाते और जीवन में बहुत समस्या है तो आप रोज सुबह स्नान करने के बाद हनुमान जी की पूजा आराधना करें और उसके बाद ऊपर दिए गए इस मंत्र का 21 या 51 बार नियमित रूप से जाप करें एक बात का ध्यान रखें कि इस मंत्र का जाप मंगलवार या शनिवार से ही शुरू करें। नियमत जाप से आपके जीवन में आने वाली समस्त समस्याओं का नाश होगा।

"ॐ हं हनुमंतये नमः" मंत्र का जप करने से हनुमान जी प्रसन्न होते हैं। "ॐ हं हनुमते रुद्रात्मकाय हुं फट्" का रुद्राक्ष की माला से जप करने से भी हनुमान जी बहुत प्रसन्न होते हैं। "संकट कटै मिटै सब पीरा, जो सुमिरै हनुमत बलबीरा" के उच्चारण से सभी बुरी शक्तियां दूर भाग जाती हैं और आरोग्य का वरदान मिलता है।

हनुमान जी के मंगलवार को करने वाले टोटके 

• आप मंगलवार के दिन राम मंदिर में जाएं और दाहिने हाथ के अंगूठे से हनुमान जी के सिर से सिंदूर लेकर सीता माता श्री चरणों में लगा दें इससे आपकी हर मनोकामना पूरी हो जाएगा।

• मंगल के दिन सुबह के दिन एक धागे में चार मिर्चें नीचे डालकर उसके ऊपर नींबू डालें और फिर उसके ऊपर तीन मिर्चें और लगाए। इसके बद इसे घर और व्यवसाय के दरवाजे पर लटका दें। इससे नकारात्मकता खत्म हो जाएगी और सकारात्मकता का संचार होगा।

• मंगलवार के दिन पीपल के 11 पत्ते लेकर साफ जल से धो लें। इन पत्तों पर चंदन या कुमकुम से प्रभु श्रीराम का नाम लिखें। इसके बाद हनुमान जी के मंदिर में जाकर इन पत्तों को अर्पित कर दें। इससे जीवन के दुख कम होंगे।

• प्रत्येक मंगलवार को नजदीकी मंदिर में जाकर हनुमान जी को बनारसी पान अर्पित करें। ऐसा करने से आपके जीवन में हमेशा हनुमान जी की कृपा बनी रहेगी और आपके सभी काम बनते रहेंगे।

• मंगलवार को सुबह लाल गाय को रोटी देना शुभ है।

हनुमान जयंती की पूजा विधि

सुबह जल्दी उठकर घर की सफाई करें। गंगाजल या गौमूत्र के छिड़काव करें। फिर नहाकर साफ कपड़े पहनें।

घर के पूजा स्थान पर हनुमानजी सहित श्रीराम-सीता की मूर्ति या तस्वीर स्थापित करें। व्रत रखने का संकल्प लें और पूजा करें।

श्रीराम और माता सीता की पूजा के बाद हनुमान जी की पूजा करें। हनुमानजी को चमेली के तेल में सिंदूर मिलाकर चोला चढ़ाएं।

जल और पंचामृत से देवी देवताओं को स्नान कराएं। अबीर, गुलाल, चंदन, अक्षत, मौली, फूल, धूप-दीप, वस्त्र, फल, पान और अन्य चीजें चढ़ाएं।

लाल रंग की बाती का प्रयोग करें और सरसों के तेल का दीया जलाएं। सुंदरकांड या हनुमान चालीसा का पाठ करें। आरती के बाद प्रसाद बांट दें।
