In Indian Palmistry there are four types of shape of palm:-
Shape Of Hand
1). Satvik
2). Rajas
3). Tamas
4). Misrit
Satvik means pure or righteous which denotes subject is learned, leader, having long fingers, spiritual, saint, astrologer, etc.
Rajas means hard worker, labor, engineer, police, clever, murderer, criminal, square hand with knotty fingers.
Tamas means low category person, poor, fingers are crooked, small thumb, illiterate, labor, begger, etc.
Misrit means mixed hand, government servant, singer, doctor, businessman, etc.
Fingers On Hand
1) Index finger means Tarjani Ungli ( Jupiter Finger, Pointer Finger) represents Jupiter.
2). Middle finger means Madhyama Ungli ( Saturn Finger ) represents Saturn.
3) Ring Finger means Anamika Ungli ( Ring Finger) represents Sun.
4). Little Finger means Kanishka Ungli (Pinky Finger) represents Mercury.
Thumb On Hand
1). Small Thumb
2). Long Thumb
Two phanlages on thumb - First phalange denotes will power and second phalange denotes logic.
Mounts On Palm
As per Indian Palmistry there are 9 planets/mounts on hand.
1). Jupiter (Guru)
2). Saturn (Shani)
3). 1st Mars (Nimn Mangal) and 2nd Mars (Ucch Mangal)
4). Moon (Chandra)
5). Rahu (Dragon Head)
6). Ketu (Dragon Tail)
7). Mercury (Budh)
8). Venus (Shukra)
9). Sun (Surya)
1). Jupiter ( Guru Parvat) - Underneath base of Index finger - Represent father, leadership, spiritualism, morality, self-respect, priest, lawyer, politics, dictator, ego, ambition, education, etc.
