The first question that comes in our mind is that by seeing which hand of a person should we make a prediction, right hand or left hand?
Some palmists consider that the left hand of women and children and the right hand of men should be seen. Some palmists consider that the right hand of workingwomen should also be seen and the left hand of those men who are not self-sufficient or independent. Some palmists consider that the dominant hand (the hand which the person uses the most) should be seen.
Scholars have differing views on this subject. The palmist should give equal importance to the lines of both the hands. After predicting the ups and downs in a person's life, find out from which hand you are getting your words/prediction right, give priority to that hand. A good palmist should make a prediction only after inspecting both the hands.
