1) Island On Heart Line - If there is an island sign on the heart line underneath Jupiter Mount, then there are chances that the subject will suffer from throat and lungs related diseases, and also that his/her family life and married life are poor.
If there is an island on the heart line underneath Mount of Saturn, then it is considered a very bad sign.
